We are looking for a new employee for Hungary's largest and most modern particleboard manufacturing company.

Feladatok

Recording and managing customer orders in an internal system
Coordinating, checking and monitoring the status of orders throughout the entire process up to delivery
Day-to-day logistical tasks, participation in the organisation of transport
Liaising with the other departments of the company (product purchasing, production planning, production, transport);
Supporting the Sales department of the company, in particular the sales force
Ongoing telephone / e-mail contact with foreign partners
Telephone assistance to customers regarding products and orders

Elvárások

University degree (a degree in economics / logistics would be an advantage)
Advanced level communication skills in German AND English
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics/commercial field would be an advantage but not a prerequisite (we also welcome applications from beginners)
Computer literacy (MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word)
Reliability, accuracy, hardworking personality
