Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 

  • Being responsible for the sales of the Oxygenated Business Unit in DACH and the Balcan regions on various B2B markets: chemical industry, battery recycling, household, water treatment, etc…
  • Active contribution to the company’s strategy in the assigned area, and its implementation,
  • New Business Development in her/his area,
  • Nurturing Business with existing customers (direct and indirect sales channels), including key account management,
  • Assess comprehensively the competition in terms of product range, services and sales strategy,
  • Cooperation with various departments of the business unit, such as production plants, R&D and headquarters in France,
  • Regular customer meetings, business trips in the assigned region,
  • Reporting to the EMEA Commercial Director of the Business Units.

Requirements

• University degree (Chemist, or Chemical engineer degree is a plus or economical background with extensive relevant work experience),
• Proficiency in English is required to fill the position and fluent German/Russian knowledge is a plus,
- Capability to conduct in-depth analysis of the target market, yielding significant outcomes and supporting managerial decisions,
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills,
• Customer-oriented thinking,
- Relevant experience in management of the indirect and direct sales channels,
- Experience of creating Key Account plans and strategies,
- Knowledge how to identify, follow-up and commercialize projects with 6-12 months sales cycle,
• Commercial attitude, curious, self-starter and doer,
• Above average communication skills, both orally and in writing,
• Ability to work under pressure and solve various situations,
• Knowledge of Office applications, and CRM system on a daily basis (preferably Sales Force),
