Responsibilities

What's it all about?

Provide technical support in the direct sales of OMICRON products and services
Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, live demos and hands-on sessions
Serve as a point of contact for technical customer inquiries and develop solutions in cooperation with the team
Conduct training sessions and webinars and actively participate in trade fairs and industry events
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services

Requirements

What are we looking for?

A solid technical background in electrical engineering or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in power protection testing or in high-voltage systems
A customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information
Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel, approximately 25-40% of the time
