Responsibilities
The Sales Account Representative is responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and prospecting new clients for Zenebank. hu with a focus on the television and advertising sector. This position entails knowledge in a various areas including audiovisual production, copyright, video editing and television operations.
How we work:
How we work:
- With you we are a team of three, in the whole company we work with about 60 colleagues.
- We have daily online stand-up meetings at 9 a.m., and it's up to you how you organize your work - no pointless chatter or unnecessary meetings.
- Your main focus will be on customer service (80%), with duties including acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships via phone, email and face-to-face meetings, and sales (20%).
- Every week we deal with the satisfaction of our colleagues, and how we can contribute to it.
- Management sits in-house and is always available for questions, problems or ideas.
- You'll get a crash course in how we do sales and customer service, who our customers are and how we work with them.
- We'll get you up to speed on copyright law.
- First week of training will be spent in Prague with your manager.
- Together with your colleagues, you will prospect new customers, and develop relationships with them.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- be fluent in written and spoken Hungarian and English.
- be based in Budapest.
- have a minimum 1 year of customer service experience advantageous.
- be interested in learning, we will teach you everything else.
- have extensive communication skills and a desire to meet with our customers.
- create your own client portfolio among TV and advertising creators.
- be creative and curious about new ways and possibilities to develop our product further.
- share feedback and ideas with our developers for new features, that help our customers.
- If your time allows, you can also take over music dramaturgy and help our customers with the music selection.
- be independent and responsible, in other words: your end of the day begins, when your tasks are done. If you're done earlier, all the better...
