Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain LGM Safety procedures

•Create and update Safety documentations

•Improve the safety awareness of Leaders and Employees

•Support new projects and construction works by enhanching the safety aspects and regulations

•Internal audit plannning and execution, management of corrective actions

•Accident and incident investigation, reporting and implement countermeasures

•Support the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems

•Management of fire safety documents and systems

•Ensure the legal compliance in cooperation with the external consultants

Requirements

•Middle level safety graduation is a minimum requiriment

•Middle level fire safety graduation is a benefit

•Minimum five years of experience in the safety management (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)

•Relevant experiance in machine inspection

•Proactive work attitude (seeking and managing improvement potentials)

•Safety focused mindset and good communication skills

•Intermediate level English skills
