Responsibilities
As KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for an S2P Transformation PMO (m/f/d) to establish and manage the governance and execution framework for global Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives. You drive the establishment for our End-to-End-Process with focus on digitalization projects, ensure alignment across business and IT, and deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes with strong stakeholder engagement.
This is a full-time, two-year limited-term position based in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End-Process: Support and ensure the implementation of a sustainable E2E S2P process and identify opportunities, risks and focus areas.
- Program Governance: Set up and run governance models (SteerCo, workstreams, RACI), track benefits, and manage change control.
- Project Management: Define scope, timelines, and resources for S2P optimization and digitization projects (eSourcing, P2P, analytics, S4). Lead cross-functional project teams and deliver within budget and deadlines.
- Change Management & Communication: Develop and manage communication plans in close alignment with enabling functions. Set up and conduct meetings and establish communication material e.g. for Senior Stakeholders Management.
- Reporting & Benefits Realization: Provide transparent reporting on financials, progress, and benefits; track savings, compliance, and productivity improvements.
- Testing & Deployment: If necessary, coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover planning, and hyper-care; document lessons learned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or related field.
- PMP/Prince2 and Agile (Scrum/SAFe) certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in PMO or program management for IT/digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to global S2P/ERP transformations and procurement processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong planning and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Familiarity with S2P suites, procurement technology, workflow automation, ERP integration is an advantage.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and change management.
- Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage
