Responsibilities

Design and develop the next generation of the Proactive DLP engine in Rust
Migrate existing C++, C# and Python components to Rust and maintain them until they are replaced
Build and orchestrate AI agents that generate, test and refactor code and design the validation loops that keep their output correct
Review design specs and code including code produced by AI agents
Product maintenance and implementing new versions of the product
Design specifications and write test cases
Provide inputs and documentation of new or existing features
Partner with scrum team members on delivering sprint commitments
Work with local and remote engineering teams to deliver on quarterly goals

Requirements

Strong command of Rust or strong C++ with a clear drive to move to Rust
Solid C++ knowledge and hands-on experience with C# and Python
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tooling and the mindset to direct agents and validate their output
2+ years programming experience for Linux platforms
Good command of spoken and written English
Expertise in multi-threaded programming and memory management
CI/CD experience
Good skills in version control preferably Git

Nice-to-have

Experience with interop between Rust and C++, C# or Python (FFI, native hosting, embedding)
Experience working in QT framework
Experience with REST API utilization and SDK integration
Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge in the field of data science
Experience with Agile / Scrum working environment
