Responsibilities
Step into a key role within Paramount’s Global Business Services organization and support compensation accounting for VCNI ViacomCBS Networks International. We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive RTR Senior Analyst to deliver accurate accounting, insightful analysis, and high-quality reporting within our Compensation Center of Excellence.
About the Role
As an RTR Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely accounting and reporting of compensation-related activities across VCNI. You will collaborate closely with global Finance and Operational teams, ensure strong internal controls, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and standardization across the organization.

As an RTR Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely accounting and reporting of compensation-related activities across VCNI. You will collaborate closely with global Finance and Operational teams, ensure strong internal controls, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare standard monthly journal entries, including cost accruals and prepayments.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet rollforwards.
- Prepare financial and operational metrics to support decision-making.
- Provide accounting support to Finance and Operational teams such as Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
- Participate in the migration of additional accounting activities into the Compensation COE and GBS.
- Support process harmonization and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure all relevant key controls are in place and operating effectively in line with internal policies and SOX requirements.
- Assist external auditors during annual and quarterly audits by delivering timely documentation and responses.
- Support management with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Take ownership of one or more business processes within your field of expertise.
Requirements
Role-Specific Skills & Attributes
- BSc/MSc degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant experience spanning various accounting functions.
- Proactive approach with strong initiative, follow-through, and timely task completion.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles and processes.
- Excellent business English skills (B2/C1 or higher), both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to support or temporarily back up the line manager when needed.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
