RTR Expert - Rollout Manager (with german)
Are you a dynamic professional with a young mindset, eager to make a difference and embark on an exciting journey? Do you possess expertise in the Record-to-report (RTR) process area and have a strong desire to drive change? Look no further - this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Rollout Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our team, leading the way in implementing our SAP S/4 template. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the rollout of the global SAP S/4 platform in the business groups within the Record-to-report process area.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the assigned process area.
- Ensuring compliance with local requirements and adapting the global template as needed.
- Leading all rollout phases, including process mapping, GAP analysis, and deployment, to ensure a smooth transition to the new S/4 platform.
- Proactively identifying and resolving project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Minimal 4 years of experience in RTR with deep understanding of the Record-to-report process.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Strong IT affinity, including digitalization, migration, project management, and test management tools.
As a plus:
- Experience in new ERP transformation projects
- Good functional SAP knowledge.
