Responsibilities

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Rollout Manager in France who will drive the deployment of our charging stations with quality, speed, and operational excellence.

Responsible for the roll-out of IONITY High Power Charging stations in France, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Scout, design, and define the layout of future IONITY charging stations.
Review and follow permit applications with local authorities and manage the HV grid connection process with the grid operator.
Manage suppliers and subcontractors for the planning and construction of charging stations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements for installation projects, including contractor oversight.
Guarantee a high level of station quality, contributing to continuous improvement of our technical standards.
Provide comprehensive reporting to the Management Team on roll-out status, costs, and operational performance.
Deliver relevant technical reporting to internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement & Hardware) to support improvement of technical solutions and business models.
Act as the main contact for site partners and highway operators during the construction of IONITY stations.
Ensure extensions and improvements of existing sites.

Requirements

Qualified electrical engineer or civil works engineer with relevant experience.
Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or construction projects on time and on budget, including the ability to manage comprehensive site due diligence.
Experience working with private and public property owners, including approvals and coordination with grid operators and permitting authorities.
Target-oriented working style, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities
Driver's license.
Language skills: Fluent French and English required; additional languages welcome.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with the roll-out of e-mobility charging infrastructure within a specific country or market region.
- Knowledge of solar panel infrastructure deployment and its technical requirements.
- Ability to prepare and submit tender applications in both public and private settings.
- Background in installing infrastructure on motorway networks and/or working with retail operations of oil & gas companies
