Responsibilities
Inspiration Travel DMC is looking for a River Cruise Program Coordinator. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all programs, transfers, and all tasks related to our services provided in Hungary for our partners. You will be also required to proactively source new tourist attractions and possible programs, hotel contacts and grow existing relationships, make quotations for tailor-made services, set and monitor the budget and deliver unforgettable and inspiring experiences to river cruise passengers.
Requirements
Job Requirements – Are these your professional skills?
English, advanced level is required, both written and verbal
Tourism degree or similar
A good knowledge on Hungary as a destination
Previous experience in inbound tourism (hotel, DMC, agent or tour operator)
Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications and excellent MS Office skills

Act as the main communication link with the partners along the entire preparation and execution of the projects, on-site if necessary;

An always can-do attitude;
Creativity, and ready to think out-of-the-box
Proactive, positive, and energetic personality, with a well-developed sense of humor;
Be responsible for the budget and profitability of each project you manage;
Work together with more suppliers, liaise with them and be finally responsible for their deadlines and quality of work;
Be an active contributor with creative ideas, even from the design stage of the proposal, and be actively searching for new solutions for clients from our portfolio.
