Risk Controller
Task:
- Identify the main risk drivers within LeasePlan|ALD and the macro economy, as well as the correlations between the established factors;
- Report on a regular basis the status of and the changes in LeasePlan|ALD’s risk profile in SAS Enterprise Guide and in Excel, Access;
- Implement risk mitigating measures and risk control mechanisms;
- Design and advice on uniform pricing strategies (based on quantitative models and in-house expert knowledge), involving the individual price components as well as the quantifiable behaviour of the customer;
- Prepare and revise the statistical models on asset risk elements regularly;
- Design, administer and quarterly revise the pricing framework (align and revise with makes and models);
- Prepare, administer and implement management decision making process;
- Actively involve the business in the execution of measures that focus on the opportunities for LeasePlan|ALD from a risk perspective.
Expectation:
- Bachelors or university degree in economics or econometrics or maths or physics or IT;
- 1-2 years relevant experience within the field of quantitative business analysis, but we also welcome applications from freshly graduated candidates;
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of quantitative methodologies;
- Able to translate complex issues to hands-on solutions;
- Structured and result-oriented approach;
- Proficient user of MS Excel;
- Familiar with MS Access, SQL;
- Excellent command of English both written and oral.
Other:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of statistical model development;
- Knowledge of any data mining software (e.g. SAS Enterprise, R);
- Knowledge of R programming language;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- General knowledge about vehicles; categories, makes and models.
