Feladatok
We are looking for a talented person who is expected to think about every aspect, from how to build a brilliant pricing strategy to boosting friendly and professional relations with our hotel partners. Brand standards, hotel satisfaction, pricing, room and rate configuration, segment revenue optimization: they’ll all receive your attention. Smart, focused, detail-oriented, eager to problem-solving, result-oriented, self-accountable, are a huge part of the role. The focus is being able to ensure an optimized revenue strategy, helping our hotel clients to improve, and finding new ways to solve their pain points. With people skills and enthusiasm, passing on your passion for revenue management, encouraging everyone to achieve their potential best. Meanwhile, you’ll be keeping track of figures and looking for ways to increase revenue. That means working hand to hand with all departments involved in sales and financing, supervising marketing activities or analysing financials and forecasting budgets.
We deeply trust in talent and eagerness to improve one's career; therefore, specific experience on Revenue Management is a plus but not a must. We look for talented and motivated people who have strong experience within the hotel industry, mainly on reservations, sales and revenue departments.
The main responsibilities are:
- Managing hotel accounts
- Keeping and strengthening personal relation with hotel partners
- Participating in looking for new potential clients
- Maximizing hotel revenue
- Maximizing performance and earnings
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Protecting products, assets and services
Elvárások
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the accommodation industry (hotels and/or apartment companies)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a position in relation with: revenue, reservations, sales, hotel management (hotels and/or apartment companies)
Highly skilled in Excel and reporting creation
Highly skilled in hotel operational and sales tools: PMS, Booking Engines, Channel Manager.
Proficient command of English
Mother tongue in Hungarian
