Our International Controllership team plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our global footprint.

We are now looking for an RTR Expert to join our Budapest office, focusing on revenue accounting and audit support. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional eager to take ownership, drive improvements, and act as a trusted partner across the business.

This is a fixed term position.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of revenue and expense accruals.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet roll-forwards.
• Support statutory audits, liaising directly with external auditors and preparing audit deliverables.
• Provide accounting expertise to Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash teams.
• Lead finance and accounting projects, including process migrations to GBS.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and standardization.
• Mentor and support junior team members, reviewing their work and providing training.
• Step in for the team manager in meetings and represent the team with stakeholders.
• Deliver financial and operational metrics, as well as ad hoc analyses and reports.
