We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and well-organised Retail Operations Coordinator to support our field force and retail execution activities. In this role, you will contribute to smooth project operations, coordinate retail processes, support reporting and analysis, and help ensure that brand presence and customer experience in stores reach the highest standards.

›› Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the creation of a clear communication path with the client and contribute to maintaining a high standard of collaboration.
- Keep regular daily contact with the client to provide updates on project progress and results.
- Assist in the established process of retail data collection and preparation, placing strong focus on analysis, comparisons, and correlations.
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely data presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of data-based insights and propose practical solution options.
- Participate in identifying opportunities to optimise retail and field-related services.
- Support the mapping and resolution of operational challenges within retail and field processes.
- Help sustain digital tools and mechanisms that improve the consistency and efficiency of retail operations.
- Monitor sales-related activity reports and ensure that data regarding field staffing levels and performance is accurate and complete.
- Support HR-related coordination tasks, including documentation handling, communication with HR service vendors, and maintaining accurate records for retail personnel.
- Track and support financial administration tasks, preparing all required documentation for invoicing.
- Assist in monitoring project compliance requirements and highlight any potential risks.
- Prepare structured status reports and share updates with supervisors as needed.
›› Required competencies
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position (ideally in Retail and Field Force);
- Consumer Electronics and retail environment knowledge;
- Fluent Hungarian and English both verbal and written;
- B category driving licence;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with analytical mindset;
- Able to work under minimal supervision, be able to multitask and manage time effectively.

This position starts with a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
