Responsibilities

Onboarding new SMB retail partners to the Wolt platform
Building and updating digital product catalogs
Providing partners with training on platform usage
Troubleshooting partner challenges and coordinating with internal teams
Monitoring key performance indicators and supporting partners in improving results
Collaborating with operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partner success

Requirements

Charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships
Experience in high-performance, high-expectation cultures
Proven track record of making sales and closing deals
Hands-on, proactive approach to task completion and follow-through
Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Hungarian
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability in a rapidly changing market
Around 1 year experience in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations with end-to-end workflow execution and meeting SLAs
Tech-savviness and quick learning of new systems with ability to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate appropriately
