As a Retail Central Sales Manager specializing in fleet deals, your primary responsibility is to streamline and harmonize the process of offering car fleet deals to customers, coordinate fleet deals by aligning sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration between BU-s and affiliate companies.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service of fleet management solutions.

In our newly opened position, you will coordinate the sales area of the entire retail business of the AutoWallis group, which currently distributes 16 car brands.

You will be responsible for
  • tailoring solutions to meet client needs,
  • analyze market trends,
  • optimize sales processes for efficiency,
  • and You hold accountability for the corporate, VIP and business clients of AutoWallis Distribution.

And if that wasn't enough for your professional development, you will also be part of the preparation of the exciting new acquisitions of the AW group from a sales perspective, and the management and implementation of related sales projects.

Your tasks will be:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the central point of contact for clients interested in fleet deals, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  2. Search for new sales opportunities: mapping the market(s) and identifying potential new customers, searching for them, conducting sales negotiations.
  3. Deal Harmonization: Coordinate with different brand’s sales teams to ensure consistency and uniformity in the offerings presented to clients, aligning with company standards and objectives.
  4. Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific fleet requirements and collaborate with internal teams (BU-s and affiliates) to tailor solutions that meet their needs effectively.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with functions such as distribution to ensure pricing structures are competitive and financially viable, and with operations to guarantee smooth implementation and delivery of fleet services.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for refining fleet deals and maintaining a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven sales coordination experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and company objectives.
  • Fluent English.
  • Independence, and complex, strategic thinking.
  • Strong sales approach, ability to work in a team.
  • Demanding work, accuracy and a high degree of precision.
  • Confident behavior, good advocacy skills.
  • Type B driver's license.
