The primary place of work is Budapest; however, remote work (home office) may also be available, depending on the position.

• are responsible for the strategies/programs/processes of the department of Retail Banking products with life insurance focus
• initiate sales incentive campaigns
• manage products, introduce new products
• will be a leader in Bancassurance strategy project
• will have P&L responsibility

• English language
• Be able to generate new ideas or combine existing ones to develop innovative, novel solutions in life products
• Knowledge of all life products to be able to offer proper solutions to customer needs
• Knowledge of life insurance products to offer appropiate solutions for individuals
• Knowledge of tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations
• Be able to map the customer journey to illustrate all of the company contact points, with an evaluation of the customer experience at each level
