Job summary

As a Reservations Supervisor at The St. Regis Budapest, you will lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities. This role combines operational excellence, team leadership, and a strong focus on personalized luxury service. You will ensure accuracy in reservations, optimize room inventory, and uphold the legendary St. Regis standards of sophistication and bespoke hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Oversee all reservation processes for individuals, groups, and VIPs; personalize interactions; handle special requests and resolve issues promptly.
Revenue Management: Apply upselling strategies; monitor inventory; collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams for optimal pricing and availability.
Team Leadership: Train and motivate the team; foster excellence and collaboration; model St. Regis brand values.
Operations: Maintain accurate room blocks and billing; ensure compliance with policies and data privacy; use systems like OPERA, MARSHA, and EMPOWER for reporting.

Requirements

University degree (bachelor’s or higher)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
