Responsibilities

Analytical support with exposure through participation in global calls with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
Creation of impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports for senior leadership and clients
Conducting in-depth research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to inform strategy
Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
Analysis of data from multiple sources to build insightful recommendations
Development and assessment of complex corporate real estate strategies using financial, operational, and organizational data
Building business cases, scenario models, and conducting sensitivity analyses
Assistance with portfolio strategy, location analysis, and workplace optimization projects
Support for development of white papers and industry research
Attendance at client meetings and assistance with presenting insights and recommendations
Maintenance of accurate project updates and documentation
Contribution to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA)
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent Excel skills (modeling experience a plus)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and data storytelling
Attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work across multiple projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have

Experience with Power BI and Alteryx
