Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Development of HV battery systems, battery modules, or battery cells based on lithium technology
Detailing solutions of components and assemblies for battery systems in CAD
Implementing continuous improvements in projects and structural and process organization
Creating requirement specifications considering standards, regulations, function, package, costs, weight, component requirements, and technical requirements management
Analyzing and documenting user requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, and system interfaces
Developing and maintaining traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of requirements
Collaborating with project stakeholders to capture and articulate project requirements and objectives
Coordinating technical topics with OEM departments or 1st tier suppliers
Identifying potential risks and issues related to requirements and proposing mitigation strategies
Supporting team in release, procurement, change, requirements, risk, problem, and committee management
Assisting in the creation of project plans and timelines aligned with requirements and design specifications
Coordinating activities with other departments such as testing, assurance, integration, and requirements management

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or Chemistry
0-3 years of experience in vehicle technology or manufacturing processes
Deep interest in battery development
Sound knowledge of at least one CAD software such as CATIA or NX
Confident handling of MS Office
Previous experience in 3D/2D design
Confident language knowledge in English and Hungarian
Strong analytical mindset with focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Nice-to-have

Preferably confident language knowledge in German, Experience in development, testing, or production of lithium-ion batteries, Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements, Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Polarion
