Responsibilities

Collaborate with seasoned leads on high-impact programs or spearhead your own dedicated workstreams
Foster a culture of ownership and drive accountability across the project lifecycle
Orchestrate transparent reporting on milestones and key delivery progress
Master the identification of roadblocks / risks and manage critical escalations with diligence
Gain deep cross-functional insights into our business and the evolving regulatory landscape

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

Background:

Education: We value diverse perspectives and do not require a specific degree or academic discipline.
Experience: Proven track record of 1-2 years of experience in project execution within fintech or banking

Skills:

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain robust professional relationships
Communication: Articulate communicator capable of tailoring complex messaging to various organizational levels
Mindset: A solution-driven professional characterized by precision, reliability, and diligence
Drive: Self-starting individual with the agility to master new concepts at an accelerated pace

Language: Proficiency in German is considered a distinct advantage

We are looking for a dedicated Analyst in the Regulatory Project Office to help us drive the most sophisticated change and transformation programs at N26!
