Currently we are looking for a

Regulatory Expert

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Ensure that business activities are provided in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Support Company in maximizing business growth opportunities by managing regulation and public policy related tasks, risks and opportunities proactively. In assigned cases act as a link between the Company and the external regulatory authorities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to the elaboration and execution of Company’s regulatory strategy
Manage operational regulatory issues (e.g. related to network infrastructure, cyber-security / NIS2, infrastructure sharing, wholesale)
Manage and coordinate regulatory reporting obligations
Work and align with pier-departments and the operative level of national authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Prepare, file, receive documents with the local telco, cyber-security regulators and authorities and other relevant e.g. local governmental or industry association type external stakeholders
Proactively assess effective regulatory rules and analyze potential economic threats and opportunities in connection with new regulatory proposals
Prepare statements, decision materials based on market analysis or public discussions on regulatory issues
Observe the legal implementation of the company’s business activities in accordance with the relevant commercial practice and current legislation, including recommending appropriate actions or amendments from regulatory perspective
Manage and coordinate quality insurance with regards to certifications

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

MSc / BSc degree
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Fluency in English (both written and oral)
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of general telecommunication, IT and mobile technology systems
Business understanding with customer centric mindset
Good communications skills
Flexible, goal oriented and pragmatic approach; good analytical skills.
Strong level of integrity and self-discipline
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively
Positive, open and proactive attitude
