Regulatory Compliance OfficerWe are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our client in Zurich or Geneva, on an unlimited employment contract basis.Regulatory Compliance OfficerAbout the role:Provide independent Compliance oversight on governance and regulatory mattersPrepare management information, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and the BoardSupport governance forums and regulatory oversight committees (materials, tracking, follow-ups)Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory change implementationAssist with regulatory projects, investigations, and supervisory enquiriesMaintain and update Compliance policies and proceduresAct as key contact for audits, surveys, and regulatory submissionsSupport incident management and internal investigationsDeliver Compliance training to business teamsAbout the Candidate:5+ years' experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Control Function, or financial authority (Swiss financial industry)Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and governanceGood understanding of financial products and Wealth ManagementAnalytical, detail-oriented, and well structuredConfident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsProactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindsetStrong report writing and presentation skillsFluent in English (German or French a plus) jid24a1861pn jit0208pn jiy26pn
