- At least secondary shool or Bachelors/Master degree
- Experience in Supply Chain in distribution
- Good level of communication verbally and in writing with internal departments and external customers
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and in teams (international teams also)
- Reliability, thoroughness, responsible personality
- Precise, accurate work, ability to assess a situation and take actions based on evidence

What tasks await you?
- Gather all the necessary data from the stakeholders involved in the preparation of the samples and reagents and shipment flow (procurement, quality control, quality assurance, warehouses, local regulatory affairs)
- Make sure the collection and shipment of samples and reagents of products for registration purposes
- Coordinate and ensure the flow of materials, information, documents between the stakeholders inside the company
- Ensures the proper packaging of the samples including the preparation of the labelling of the products
- Ensures that the samples and reagents are sent with proper labelling and with proper certificates of analysis
- Coordinate the flow from Phylaxia campus to the end users
- Organize and manage the shipment in close collaboration with the distribution stakeholders
- Prepare and arrange all the documentation and prepare invoices for the shipments
- Create and maintain the process for the material and documentation flow
- Ensure tracking of all shipment of files, documents and reagents through the current assigned databases and archiving systems
- Contributes to the updating of the in-house regulatory intelligence databases
