Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Registration Manager to join our local management team and the European registrations community. This pivotal role ensures timely and effective implementation of new products in Hungary and across our registration zones, managing national, zonal, and European regulatory relationships.
Based 2/3 days per week in Budapest, Hungary.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage new product registrations and maintain the existing portfolio of ADAMA’s plant protection products, 3rd party products, and clones, ensuring compliance with domestic and EU legislation.
- Prepare and submit registration dossiers; liaise with national authorities and provide local insights to the European team on risks, restrictions, and regulatory endpoints.
- Defend active substances during re-evaluation or inclusion in Annex I.
- Represent ADAMA with external companies, service providers, and NGOs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches, accurate labelling, and effective portfolio management.
- Monitor and evaluate domestic legislation to inform registration strategies.
- Manage the domestic registration budget and report as part of the zonal team.
Requirements
- In-depth, practical knowledge of registration processes and regulatory frameworks in Hungary and the EU.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the crop protection industry.
- Strong network with authorities and industry experts.
- Excellent communication in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
- Proven project management experience in domestic and pan-European multifunctional projects.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to propose registration strategies and approaches.
