Regional Visual Merchandiser - RESERVED

Task:
- Visit physical stores, taking care of the image of the stores in your subordinate region in line with the brand guidelines
- Be responsible for all information (quarterly priorities, commercial information, etc.)
- Using efficient training methods and monitoring the results after each training session
- Building a stable and competent team of Decorators
- Understand current and future customer and consumer product demand related to the concept
- Be the expert on his/her market, staying up to date with competitive landscape in terms of product: fashion, quality, price and activation
- Analyze product data and provide key actionable conclusions to the regional organization
- Close collaboration with Regional VM Manager, Sales Coordinator
- Performing visual merchandising according to brand standards and supervisor guidelines
- Organizing training and coaching of staff in stores.
- Overseeing the training of VM and staff in the stores to meet individual store needs
- Reviewing the results of each training session using effective training methods.
- Analyzing and controlling sales results of operations.
- Ensuring a high level of knowledge of the product range and current fashion trends amongst the team.
- Working with the sales department (sales support department, allocators, sales coordinators etc.) and the marketing department
- Creation of documents, reports and statistics , including tools needed for training and coaching.
- Building a stable and competent team of employees in the stores with a subsequent focus on developing their skills and knowledge.
- Providing assistance to the RSM when the stores need to be inspected and evaluated.
- Overseeing and coordinating store openings, closings and remodels.
- Completing individual tasks and objectives as directed by supervisor.
- Taking care of the established budget.
- Independent management and organization of own activities (work planning, travel and overall work concept).
- Self-improvement of own knowledge and skills through active participation in training courses
- Taking measures to reduce costs and increase company profits.
- Internal sharing of information, results and strategies
- Administration related to the position
Expectation:
- experience in Visual Merchandising at a fast-fashion company
- excellent communication in English
- willing to travel on a weekly basis
- driving license is a must
