Tasks:
- Visit stores, taking care of the image of the stores in your subordinate region in line with the brand guidelines
- Ensure brand-aligned VM execution and store image through regular store visits.
- Communicate key priorities and commercial information across the region.
- Deliver and evaluate VM and staff training; develop a skilled VM/Decorator team.
- Track customer needs, market and competitor trends; share insights with the region.
- Analyze product and sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Regional VM Manager, Sales, Marketing and store teams.
- Prepare reports, documents and training tools to support VM operations.
- Support RSM with store evaluations and coordinate openings, remodels and closures.
- Manage budget, optimize costs and contribute to profit growth.
- Plan and organize own workload, maintain admin tasks and pursue continuous development.

- Experience in Visual Merchandising at a fast-fashion company
- Excellent communication in English
- Willing to travel on a weekly basis
- Driving licence is a must
