Tasks:
Conduct regular store visits across the region to maintain brand and VM standards
Support implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and commercial actions
Provide coaching and support to VM staff and store employees
Monitor sales performance and customer trends to support business decisions
Work closely with Regional VM Manager and store operations teams
Assist with reports, presentations, and training materials

- Experience in Visual Merchandising at a fast-fashion company
- Excellent communication in English
- Willing to travel on weekly basis
- Driving licence is a must
