Regional Sales Manager Western Switzerland

Would you like to use your negotiating skills on a daily basis in an environment that is enthusiastic about cycling? We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and represent BMC in Western Switzerland immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

This role is key to driving growth in the Swiss market while maintaining the premium image of our brand. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter, passionate about cycling and sports, with strong sales skills and the ability to build lasting dealer relationships

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Deliver on quantitative objectives
  • Monitor and optimize inventory

Dealer Network Development:

  • Identify and acquire new dealers in line with BMC’s brand strategy
  • Manage existing dealer accounts

Brand Representation & Training:

  • Provide product training and education to dealers and staff
  • Ensure all activities reflect BMC’s premium brand image

Customer Engagement:

  • Represent BMC at local events, national shows, and international brand activations
  • Engage with end consumers during special events to strengthen brand loyalty

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other regional sales managers, internal sales support, finance, and warranty teams

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in the bicycle or sports industry (preferred).
  • Languages: Native French, fluent in German and English.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter profile
  • Flexible, efficient with growth mindset
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Passionate cyclist and willing to travel extensively
