Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the electrical wholesale sector as well as customer relationship management and new customer acquisition.With your knowledge and sales talent, you will actively promote our products in the market to steadily increase our market share.

Customer support for electrical wholesalers in the assigned regions of Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
Acquisition of new customers
Market observation and analysis
Responsibility for sales and margin results in the assigned sales area
Implementation of marketing and sales strategies
Participation in trade fairs and events
Preparation and conduct of contract negotiations with customers

Requirements

Completed commercial training, e.g., industrial clerk (m/f/d) / wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) with experience in sales / field sales
Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
Proactive, independent working style and goal-oriented planning skills
Willingness to travel (approx. 60%) for customer visits and trade fairs
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Team player
Confident use of IT systems
