Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Define go-to-market strategy for the Eurorepar parts product portfolio (mainly maintenance and mechanical repair parts for all vehicle brands)
- Identify similarities and differences among countries in the Region: Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia for tailor made strategy
- Define cost effective warehousing and logistic needs related to Income and margin expectations
- Develop Eurorepar pricing and bonus schema
- Monitor and analyse sales and margin statistics, identify business opportunities, develop actions as necessary
- Maintain Eurorepar product portfolio
- Define cost effective IT requirements related to Eurorepar income size, manage development execution
- Define marketing needs to support Eurorepar parts brand
- Business development – Independent channel
- Make Agreement with new independent partners
- Execute performance management of partners
- Ensure payment discipline of partners
- Visit key accounts regularly
- Business development – Opel Dealers channel
- Develop Opel Dealer’s Trade (sales to independents) business related to Eurorepar parts
- Increase Trade sales to existing independent workshop partners, support dealers to find new ones
- Identify development areas at dealers like Trade call center functions, customer support, logistics solutions, pricing etc.
- Develop action plans to address weaknesses and make agreements with dealers on execution, do follow-up
- Cooperate with neighbouring AutoWallis departments (Parts Warehousing and Logistics, Controlling, IT, Finance etc.)
- Ensure proper communication with teams of Stellantis
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
- Provide periodic reports to management on Eurorepar activities.
Requirements
- Experience in independent parts wholesale is an advantage
- University degree in Economics or Engineering
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- A good sales vein and experience in sales position
- Experience as a people manager
- Fluency in English
- Category ’B’ driving licence
