Responsibilities

Implement annual strategic and operational plans for DEPA & ELRO.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
Support new product launches and manage lifecycle.

Develop application training materials and ensure pricing alignment

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven success in product management within industrial/manufacturing.
Skills: Strategic thinking, market analysis, customer focus, fluent in German & English.
