Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Welcoming guests, candidates, and partners
Managing visitor access, badges, guest WiFi, and incoming calls from the building front desk
Coordinating meeting rooms, onboarding desk setups, and supporting interview day logistics
Maintaining shared office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms
Supporting inventory tracking and office upkeep
Coordinating with service providers such as maintenance, couriers, and catering
Supporting office events, team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings
Preparing onboarding days and welcome swag packs
Creating a smooth new joiner experience
Checking mail and forwarding invoices and receipts to relevant teams
Maintaining spreadsheets, vendor lists, and office documentation
Supporting access card and equipment coordination
Basic reporting and operational tracking

Requirements
Fluent or native Hungarian and confident written and spoken English skills
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hospitality and service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, tracking office data, and keeping documentation organized
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hospitality and service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have
Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality role, Familiarity with coordinating events or onboarding processes
What we offer
Part-time role with 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day
Fair compensation with estimated monthly salary HUF 6,242,888 – HUF 7,344,616
