Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests, candidates, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting meeting setups
Managing visitor access, guest badges, and guest WiFi
Handling incoming deliveries, packages, and mail
Handling incoming calls from the building front desk
Maintaining shared office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms
Coordinating with service providers such as maintenance, couriers, and catering
Supporting inventory tracking and office upkeep
Supporting office events and internal community activities
Assisting with team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings
Preparing onboarding days for new joiners
Preparing welcome swag packs for new joiners
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
Checking mail, forwarding invoices and receipts to relevant teams
Maintaining spreadsheets, vendor lists, and office documentation
Supporting basic reporting and operational tracking
Welcoming interview candidates and assisting with interview day logistics
Preparing meeting rooms and onboarding desk setups
Supporting access card and equipment coordination
Helping create a smooth and welcoming new joiner experience

Requirements

Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hospitality and service-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and detail-oriented working style
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Confident written and spoken English skills
Google Workspace knowledge
Slack and Jira knowledge
Basic administrative and coordination skills
