Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
Providing warm, attentive, and professional service at the bar and lounge area
Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests in a natural and friendly manner
Ensuring bar mise en place, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service
Managing stock, handling deliveries, and supporting inventory control
Respecting hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Working closely with the Chef de Bar, service, kitchen, and management teams
Supporting events and special evenings (e.g. Rooftop events, private functions)

Requirements

Your requirements:

Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus ideally French)
Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and experience with hotel reservation systems (Apaleo)
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
The candidate should ideally reside in the Saanenland, as the hotel does not provide staff accommodation. Therefore, having independent housing arrangements is required.
