Responsibilities
- Analyse production processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure the fulfilment of technological requirements.
- Collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors.
- Oversee project preparation, from quantity calculations to progress reporting.
- Manage, monitor, and enforce technical schedules with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- A recent graduate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial/Process, Production, or Civil Engineering.
- A strong interest in the innovation of building materials and construction solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
- Exceptional precision and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel and stay within the CEE region.
- Active project management skills, including familiarity with PM tools.
- At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience in the construction industry or similar.
- The ability to work independently and drive results.
