Responsibilities

Development of thorough conceptual and practical understanding of important investment problems
Driving new research and product capabilities
Guidance of implementation across multiple development teams
Conducting and publishing applied research on relevant and timely market developments
Engagement with clients in an advisory capacity
Identification and support of new commercial opportunities

Requirements

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
Deep interest in building solutions for investment problems
Meticulous attention to detail
Effective communication with and influence on senior non-technical stakeholders
Strong interest in empirical modeling and data science
Willingness to work on prototypes in Python, Matlab, and production code in C++
