You’ll also be responsible for writing detailed Work Instructions, developing containment methods, conducting FMEA risk assessments, and helping to set up new processes that prevent issues from recurring.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Technician:
- Support the Lead Quality Technician in managing quality concerns
- Lead containment and corrective actions to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Create and maintain high-quality Work Instructions (WES/WIS) for each resolution or process
- Conduct FMEA risk assessments to evaluate and mitigate potential issues
- Define and implement new or improved processes to ensure long-term quality improvements
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of quality actions
- Manage third-party sorting and escalate supplier issues as needed
- Use Qcube/SAP and other systems to accurately log and track quality issues

- Skilled in writing clear, accurate Work Instructions and method statements
- Knowledge of FMEA and process risk assessments
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings; basic measuring skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with ERP/SAP systems
- A reliable team player with great attention to detail and flexibility to work additional shifts
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
