Quality Team Leader - Székesfehérvár

A dynamically growing automotive supplier is building its quality assurance team – if you enjoy thinking in terms of systems, are at home in measurement technology, and are confident as a leader, this is the place for you!

• Quality control of manufacturing processes,
• Operation of 3D measuring laboratory and materials testing laboratory,
• Professional supervision of measurement technicians and line inspectors (max. 15 people),
• SPC analyses, operation of the MSA system, monitoring of calibrations,
• Preparation of 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP/APQP support,
• Participation in audits,
• Preparation of quality reports for management.

• Relevant management experience in the automotive/manufacturing environment,
• Confident use of quality tools in everyday work (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA),
• Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard,
• Bsc/Msc technical degree in engineering,
• hungarian native with business fluent English, both spoken and written.

• You are familiar with the operation of 3D coordinate measuring machines.
• You have a command of German technical terminology.
