Responsibilities

Compliance with Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
Delivery of the contracted service level
Comparison of abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
Production of database reports
Efficient management of own workload and support of other team members in their workload
Management and participation in the back-up system within the team
Support of the maintenance of BAU process documents relating to the job

Requirements

BSC/MSC degree
1 year data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment
Data abstraction experience
English language upper intermediate
Strong IT literacy
Intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong work ethic
Flexibility during times of change
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Proactive, enthusiastic and willingness to learn
