Állás leírása

Feladatok

  1. Responsible for decomposing and developing annual quality indicators based on the company’s quality strategy, and organizing implementation to achieve the target.
  1. Organize the collection of relevant information and provide the department’s annual quality target plan to the head of Quality Management Department
  2. Responsible for preparing the annual quality work plan, reporting it to company leaders, and organizing the implementation after approval
  3. Supervise, inspect, and assess the completion of quality work by each department
  1. Responsible for tracking and handling customer complaints, ensuring no recurrence of defects, and no Class A complaints
  1. Responsible for customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
  2. Organize relevant departments to improve customer complaints and track their feedback
  1. Promote the reduction of internal defects and ensure the achievement of internal quality indicators
  1. Track and handle internal defects such as inspection defects and final inspection defects, organize and coordinate the implementation of improvement measures, and achieve internal quality improvement.
  2. Organize internal quality monthly meetings to review the achievement of internal and external quality indicators, review issues about quality management system, and achieve continuous optimization of the quality management system.
  1. Management of Second & Third-Party Audits
  1. Drive corrective actions and timely closure of audit findings.
  2. Facilitate internal audits to ensure effective system operation.
  3. Summarize, analyze the issues of second and third party audits, improve the system, and continuously perfect the quality system.
  1. Quality Team Development & Training
  1. Define organizational structure, role allocation, and responsibilities for quality positions.
  2. Develop targeted training programs to enhance employee competencies.

Elvárások

  1. Technical college, or university degree preferred in supply chain management, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  2. Familiar with ISO9001, TS 16949 (or ISO9000), ISO14001, ISO18001 system related knowledge, familiar with the management mode of manufacturing enterprises.
  3. 5+ years of experience in quality management for manufacturing enterprises (metal stamping product quality management is preferred), or in process management or production management.
  4. Proficient in TS16949 (or ISO9000) management system certification, with at least 3 years of system certification work experience and experience in document writing.
  5. Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.

  1. TS16949 internal auditor certificate or ISO9000 internal auditor certificate is preferred.
  2. 6-sigma qualification certification is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in CMM/VMM and other inspection equipment is preferred.
