Responsibilities

Support and coordinate a diverse project portfolio across construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors
Ensure financial and resource transparency by monitoring budgets, tracking costs, licenses, and resources
Establish structure and governance by creating schedules, reports, meeting formats, and documentation standards
Enable visibility and informed decision-making by tracking actions and milestones, verifying statuses, preparing reports, and supporting project managers and leadership
Support planning, compliance and coordination including regulatory topics, approvals, and timeline/interface planning

Requirements

A degree in business, economics, engineering, project management or a comparable field
Strong command of English and German
Experience in project management, PMO or consulting, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as infrastructure, energy, or construction
A proactive mindset with ability to identify gaps and support teams with practical solutions
Systems thinking and flexibility to understand connections and adapt to change
Reliability and ownership with pride in work and responsibility
