Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a project-specific Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management Plan, including process maps and action plans
Conduct quality assurance activities, including gate reviews and weakness analyses
Support change management processes from a quality perspective
Prepare quality reports and decision templates for the project steering committee
Work closely with Project Management, PMO, and internal quality management teams

Requirements

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Professional experience in quality management, ideally in the energy sector or large infrastructure projects
Knowledge of relevant standards and norms (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable
Strong communication skills in German and English

Nice-to-have

Project management certification (IPMA, PMP), Willingness to travel occasionally
