Responsibilities
- Design our framework of process analysis, improvements and efficiency enhancement systems.
- Actively participate in the development of operational processes and quality management system.
- Assess the effectiveness and quality of existing processes and propose improvement possibilities, enhancements.
- Implement process control mechanisms.
- Collaborate with line managers and HR to develop an employee performance appraisal system, including KPIs.
- Apply Quality Assurance / Quality Management elements in daily operation
- Drive new process implementations and manage changes effectively hand in hand with process owners.
- Facilitate knowledge and experience transfer within the whole organisation.
- Engage in the implementation of our idea management system.
- Prepare training materials
Requirements
- College or university degree, with a specialization in process management or quality management being advantageous.
- 4-5 years of experience in process / quality development and improvement, preferably within the fintech or financial sector.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, conflict management, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
- Work effectively in a prioritized and focused manner.
- Show a desire to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge and experience of Lean, BPR, Kaizen, Visio, VSM are highly desirable.
