Feladatok

Managing the QA/QC team (currently 2 people) and the quality system
Implementing projects to improve quality and operational efficiency in line with customer requirements and current standards
Conducting internal, external, and customer audits
Handling complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA)
Collaborating with customers and the production team on quality-related solutions
Implementing new equipment and validation processes
Conducting training sessions on GMP, quality, and FSC standards

Elvárások

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial quality role
Knowledge of GMP, accreditation standards, and improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to manage teams and projects
Good command of MS Office
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Fluent English
