  • The Q-KAM is the single point of contact for the customer for technical and quality-related questions and further coordinates these in the internal SCHOTT organization.
  • Responsible for channeling all relevant quality issues (changes, complaints) regarding the product, process or specification, which must be coordinated in cooperation with the Q-management of the different plants and the affected customers.
  • Supporting customer-related departments (sales, key account, BDM, life cycle management, Regulatory Affairs) with technical expertise.
  • Participation in Customer Quality projects: cooperation with critical complaints from Key-/A-Account customers. Support in acute customer projects (hyper care) to increase or win back customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the superiors in the relevant subject area and can support specialists due to experience and expertise.
  • Natural science or technical studies (Bachelor or Master), e.g. in chemistry, pharmacy or mechanical engineering
  • Further training in the field of pharmaceutical and medical device or quality
  • Several years of practical experience in the areas of customer care, project management, quality management, product and process development in medical technology or pharmaceutical companies
  • Above-average reliability and commitment
  • Project management, oganizational skills
  • Experience in dealing with demanding customers
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel approx. 5%
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days home office, 3 days on-site)
