Quality Excellence Specialist (f/m/div)*

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our quality management system, driving compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle. You will also optimize quality processes, oversee the performance of quality-related units, and shape the future of our quality engineering capabilities.

• Define, develop, deploy, and maintain a Quality Management System and systematic processes and methods, considering standards and customer requirements
• Accomplish audits according to the standards of ISO TS 16949, and ensure compliance with the standards by all organizational units of the company
• Document the results of audits, monitor the timely implementation of corrective actions, and control audit KPIs within the target value
• Make regular reports (LK meeting, Management Review) and send relevant reports to Central QM
• Collect valid information from Central QM concerning applicable and used standards, policies, procedures, and formulas, and report them to the IFCE QM and deploy them in the organization
• Identify and lead improvement projects, optimize business processes, and ensure the implementation and verification of effectiveness and efficiency

• A successful university degree in engineering/quality management/chemistry or a similar field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management
• Ideally, experience with ISO TS 16949 standards
• Excellent English language skills, enabling effective communication across roles and functions
