Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing processes and products adhere to quality standards. This position involves conducting detailed quality inspections, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing quality control plans. The Quality Analyst collaborates with cross functional teams to address quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring junior quality staff.

• Participation in morning production line meetings
• Regular scrapping in production areas
• Compilation of weekly TOP5 reports and holding meetings with the involvement of fellow departments
• Preparation of feedback for production lines on internal defects and customer complaints
• Preparation/updating of inspection instructions
• Active participation in the preparation of FMEAs, Flow Charts, Control Plans
• Active participation in the development/introduction of new products.
• Process Active participation in audits
• Active participation in internal audits
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Active participation in process development projects
• Supporting layout design, exploring optimization opportunities
• Supporting ISO 9001/14001 activities within the department

• Engineering degree
• min. 3 years of work experience in quality management, pump or electric motor industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Good analyst
• Independent work
• Participation in team work
• Knowledge of ISO systems
• Knowledge of MS office programs
