Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

• In this role you will act as the central contact for all quality matters reqarding electronic gases production
• You will take ownership of conducting and moderating FMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive process management and continuous improvement
• Implementing and monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques will be essential in ensuring process consistency and product quality, while managing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) will guarantee the reliability and accuracy of measurement systems
• Taking initiative to address complaints and internal errors, you will lead corrective and preventive actions to strengthen operational reliability and drive customer satisfaction
• You will also build strong supplier relationships through evaluations, audits, and collaboration to guarantee quality standards and ongoing improvements
• By supporting audits, managing change notifications (PCN), and maintaining product specifications, you will ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective documentation
• Additionally, you will implement digital solutions to optimize quality systems and lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and production results

• You hold a technical degree and bring experience from production environments such as gas, semiconductor, or automotive industries
• You are confident in SPC and MSA, and know how to conduct FMEA and root cause analysis
• You have strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data from process metrics and gas analysis
• Expertise in analytical methods such as GC (Gas Chromatography) is required
• You communicate effectively and build strong relationships with teams, suppliers, and customers, especially during audits
• You demonstrate project management competence with a structured approach to implementing improvement projects and CIP initiatives
• You are comfortable working with IT systems and open to digitalization
• You speak fluent English and Hungarian – both are essential for this role
